Dental Clinic

We all went to the Pt England Dental Clinic.  

Heidi and the other dentists looked at our teeth, we had to open our mouths really WIDE!

Some of us got our teeth cleaned and some got X-rays.  

There were lots of things to look at.

We are all very good at looking after our teeth and remembering to brush.

Pajama Party

On the last day of school we had a pajama party.  

We all came to school in our pajama's and pretended we were on a Marae for the night.  We read and told stories and sang waiatas.

To finish off our fun day we then had a shared lunch/sausage sizzle in our whanau area.

Daffodil day

We all fund raised for daffodil day by dressing in yellow and bringing in a gold coin.  Hub 4 raised $20 to help with cancer research.

For Big Book, we have been reading the Rainbow Fish and doing good thinking about how we can share and be good friends at the hub.

Visit to the lolly shop

For our topic on Technology, we are learning about making Christmas sweets. And so, we went to the Old Lolly Shop in Takapuna to see how lollies are made. We even had a chance to make our own lollipop!
