Easter Fun

We had a Easter class party at titan's house.  We had a 'hopping' good time hunting for eggs, playing pass the parcel, hitting the pinata and best of all having a hug with the Easter bunny!
A big thank-you to all the parents who organised such a great day!

We have so much fun in Genevieve's session.  
We having been to Fiji and we are learning the sasa! It's important that we all keep in time with the beat!

Glendowie Swimming Sports 2013

  

We got to show off all our skills in the pool at the swimming sports.  

We have been working very hard this term in our swimming sessions and all the parents were very impressed with what we could do!

Check out how we can kick on our backs and can blow a ball over to the other side.

All the teachers were very proud of how we listened to Mr Kloppers.

Ben and James swam a length of the pool freestyle.  

They swam very fast as the water was really cold!

Coco the cat

Samantha brought in her cat Coco as part of her personality bag.  We all had turns to hold and pat Coco.

The Lorax

We have been reading The Lorax by Dr Seuss.  We love it so much that we made masks and are acting it out in a story sequence.
We are brown Ba Ba Loots, Swomee Swans, Humming Fish and of course the Lorax and the Once-ler.
We have learnt about how important it is to look after our Earth.

We love being in the band!

We are learning to play instruments with Hilz this term.  We all love choosing an instrument and being a part of our band.
